Wholesale & B2B Policy

1. Commercial Scope & Partner Qualification

This Wholesale & B2B Policy governs commercial bulk sales, distribution partnerships, reseller agreements, and institutional supply accounts. Wholesale status and tiered commercial pricing are granted exclusively to qualified commercial businesses, verified online storefronts, physical retail networks, and authorized commercial buyers.

2. Order Quantities & Tier Minimums

Commercial pricing structures are subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) established on a per-sku basis:

• Opening commercial account orders must meet established volume thresholds or case-pack minimums.
• Re-orders must adhere to standard master carton quantities to ensure efficient freight consolidation and palletization.
• TAFOMEGA reserves the right to adjust wholesale pricing tiers based on annual order volume, order frequency, and market region.

3. Commercial Payment Terms & Invoicing

• Standard wholesale transactions are executed on an advance payment basis (Pro Forma Invoice) prior to production allocation or warehouse dispatch.
• Commercial credit terms (such as Net 30) are evaluated strictly for established commercial accounts subject to credit checks, financial reference approvals, and binding legal commercial supply contracts.
• Acceptable payment methods for bulk transactions include commercial wire transfers (ACH/SWIFT) and approved corporate payment instruments.

4. OEM & Custom Branding Specifications

For custom commercial manufacturing orders incorporating custom colorways, OEM branding, or customized retail packaging:

• Production begins only upon final customer sign-off of pre-production physical samples or digital design proofs, alongside receipt of the designated deposit.
• Customized OEM/ODM merchandise is non-cancellable and non-refundable once raw material allocation or production manufacturing has commenced.

5. Reseller Rights & Territory Restrictions

Authorized wholesale partners are granted non-exclusive rights to retail genuine TAFOMEGA products within approved sales channels. Resellers are strictly forbidden from altering original product packaging, removing safety labeling, or distributing items through unauthorized third-party discount platforms without prior written authorization.
