Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Order Processing Timeframes
All standard retail orders are processed, verified, packed, and dispatched within 12 to 24 business hours from payment confirmation. Orders placed on official public holidays or weekends will begin processing on the following business day. Processing times may experience slight extensions during major promotional events, inventory sales, or peak seasonal holiday windows.
2. Shipping Rates & Transit Estimates
Shipping fees are dynamically calculated at checkout based on total package weight, dimensions, shipping method selected, and final delivery address.
- Standard Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days following carrier dispatch.
- Expedited Shipping Services: Estimated delivery within 2 to 3 business days following carrier dispatch.
- Estimated transit times are provided by commercial shipping carriers and are not legally guaranteed delivery dates. Factors such as weather delays, carrier sorting bottlenecking, or address verification delays remain outside our direct control.
3. Address Accuracy & Recipient Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of shipping addresses provided during checkout.
- If a package is deemed undeliverable due to inaccurate street names, missing apartment/suite numbers, or invalid postal codes, re-routing fees or re-shipping costs will be billed to the customer.
- Packages marked as successfully delivered by carrier tracking systems to the designated address satisfy our delivery obligation.
4. Commercial B2B & Freight Shipments
Commercial wholesale orders, palletized freight, and high-volume B2B shipments operate under specialized logistics terms arranged at order confirmation. Freight transit times, bill-of-lading protocols, offloading equipment availability, and commercial dock delivery requirements are coordinated independently prior to warehouse dispatch.
5. Customs, Taxes & Import Duties
For cross-border international deliveries, products are shipped subject to import customs, value-added taxes (VAT), tariff duties, or customs clearance charges imposed by the destination country. These statutory fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient customer and are non-refundable in the event of package rejection.
